Veteran Mission Control provides educational, calculation, organization, research, and planning tools for Veterans and families. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, or any Military Service.

VMC is not a law firm, medical provider, accredited VA representative, or government adjudicator. Estimates, calculations, research results, generated reports, and planning suggestions are not official VA decisions, legal advice, medical advice, or guarantees of eligibility, ratings, effective dates, payments, or outcomes.

Use official sources for deadlines and decisions

You are responsible for reviewing information before relying on it and for verifying filing requirements, deadlines, eligibility rules, rates, forms, and official decisions through VA.gov, applicable government sources, or a qualified VA-accredited representative when appropriate.

Using VMC does not file a claim, appeal, supplemental claim, review request, or other submission, and it does not preserve any government deadline.

Your data and local-first storage

Many VMC workflows are designed to keep Veteran and case information in the browser. Clearing browser storage or changing devices may remove local records unless you created and protected a backup. Downloaded backups and reports may contain sensitive information and should be stored securely.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, medical records, claim evidence, payment information, passwords, or other sensitive case material through general email, feedback, or other public contact channels.

Acceptable use

You may use VMC for lawful personal, educational, and authorized organizational purposes. Do not use the service to interfere with operation of the site, bypass access or security controls, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, scrape private or restricted data, or violate another person's rights.

Native apps and app stores

Native VMC releases may be distributed through Apple App Store or Google Play. The distribution platform may impose additional terms that apply to the download, purchase, update, or device-level operation of the app.

Device permissions are feature-specific. Granting a device permission does not change VMC's independent educational role or authorize unrelated collection or transmission of Veteran records. Store privacy and Data Safety declarations must match the behavior of the specific app version submitted.

Third-party services and advertising

VMC may link to official government resources or other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

If advertising is activated, it is limited by VMC's advertising and privacy controls. Advertising does not constitute VMC endorsement of an advertiser, product, service, medical treatment, legal service, or claims service. Private Veteran workflows are not approved advertising surfaces.

Intellectual property

Veteran Mission Control software, original design elements, original written content, and VMC branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Government materials, public-domain sources, third-party marks, and referenced official material remain subject to their respective rights and terms.

Availability and changes

VMC may correct errors, update source data, change features, or discontinue a feature when necessary for accuracy, security, privacy, compliance, or product operation. The service is provided without a promise that every feature will always be available or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, BiloxiKingHoldings, LLC is not responsible for losses caused by relying on an estimate as though it were an official government decision or by failing to independently verify a filing requirement or deadline.
